Pachamama Flavors Trade Terms in Italy: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Timing orders around the production calendar

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. Italy buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Yantian and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Wholesale pachamama flavors pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $4.30 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Documents that travel with every shipment

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.
