Pachamama Flavors Sample Orders FAQ for New Zealand Retailers and Distributors
Container and pallet economics for New Zealand
The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.
Packaging is engineered for the journey to New Zealand: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.
Minimums, tiers and payment terms
Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to New Zealand.
Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every pachamama flavors carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.
Documents that travel with every shipment
Compliance for pachamama flavors varies by destination, and we treat paperwork as part of the product. Depending on the market we provide UN38.3 documentation, ingredient disclosures, nicotine content statements and battery transport paperwork such as UN38.3 and MSDS for the cells.
Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Frequently asked questions
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 18,000-puff devices with 400mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 12ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
What is the minimum order quantity for pachamama flavors?
Standard wholesale minimums start at 100 units, depending on the line and whether stock is ready. Mixed-flavor cartons are available so small buyers can test the full range without overcommitting to a single profile.
Do you ship to Saudi Arabia?
Yes — we ship to Spain on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
Which nicotine strengths are available?
The range typically spans 0mg nicotine-free, subject to destination regulation. Zero-nicotine versions are offered for markets that restrict nicotine, and strength labeling is adjusted to match local requirements.
Do you provide compliance documents?
Yes. TPD certificates, MSDS, UN38.3 battery transport reports and specification sheets are available with orders. Tell us your destination at quote stage so we confirm the exact document set in writing.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most pachamama flavors lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
