Pachamama Flavors Sample Orders Notes for India Trade Buyers

Landed cost planning for India buyers

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Guangzhou Nansha, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Buyers across India usually start a pachamama flavors conversation with two questions: what is in stock today, and when it can be on a truck. Ready-stock lines move within days, while production batches follow the 12 to 18 working days window the desk confirms with the quotation.

Storage and shelf life at your India warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. India buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.

Practical checklist

• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base

Documents that travel with every shipment

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Freight options from Shenzhen to India

Cartons for pachamama flavors are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent India launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Payment terms for India accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.
