Argentina Pachamama Flavors Sample Orders: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Packaging standards for export cartons

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Every quotation for Argentina separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Container and pallet economics for Argentina

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shenzhen Shekou, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Regional flavor data matters more than most buyers expect. Reorder patterns from previous Argentina seasons are available on request, and the desk uses them to suggest a pachamama flavors opening mix that matches local sell-through instead of a generic bestseller list.

Practical checklist

• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays

Common mistakes Argentina first-time buyers make

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including GMP — before goods leave.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Argentina: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.
