The Tunisia Pachamama Flavors Payment Terms Handbook for Distributors

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Cartons for pachamama flavors are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

Automated filling and sealing controls dosage precision and prevents the leakage that plagues cheap wholesale stock. Devices then pass through draw-activation testing, airflow calibration and visual checks before batching.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Tunisia orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Container and pallet economics for Tunisia

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.

The fastest route to a live number is a message with quantity and destination. Those two details let the desk return pachamama flavors unit pricing, freight options and stock positions for Tunisia in a single reply - usually within hours.

Timing orders around the production calendar

Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps pachamama flavors shelves full year-round.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shanghai Yangshan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. Tunisia buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.

Documents that travel with every shipment

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Tunisia launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Storage and shelf life at your Tunisia warehouse

Retail display units should stay in their sealed trays until sale. Opened stock should be merchandised upright, away from heat sources and strong light. Stores that follow this routine report virtually zero leak or dry-hit complaints across the pachamama flavors range.

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Flavor planning for the Tunisia market

Disposable and pod-based lines continue to take share in convenience channels because they need no staff training and no maintenance. For pachamama flavors, that means reliable repeat orders with minimal support cost — exactly the profile a wholesale buyer wants from a category anchor.

For online sellers in Tunisia, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new pachamama flavors listing go live the day stock arrives.

The recommended opening mix pairs high-volume staples with two or three rotating seasonal lines. Staples guarantee turnover; seasonal rotations give regulars a reason to browse. Regional data for Tunisia is available on request to tune the initial split.
