Pachamama Flavors Payment Terms Handbook for Ohio Trade Buyers

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Compliance is handled before dispatch, not after arrival. Every pachamama flavors carton for Ohio leaves with the document set the destination requires - MSDS paperwork, ingredient statements and battery transport reports where applicable.

Stock rotation at the Ohio warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

After-sales support and claims handling

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Ohio launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Payment terms for Ohio accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Timing orders around the production calendar

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including FCC — before goods leave.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Ohio trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Distributors covering Ohio often ask about territory planning. Because the payment terms program is built on reorder volume rather than one-off deals, the desk shares regional demand context before commitments are made.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shenzhen Yantian, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Common mistakes Ohio first-time buyers make

Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps pachamama flavors shelves full year-round.

For online sellers in Ohio, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new pachamama flavors listing go live the day stock arrives.
