Morocco Pachamama Flavors Lead Times: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Guangzhou Nansha, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 3 to 5 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Production begins with incoming inspection: cells are sorted for capacity and internal resistance, e-liquid batches are verified for nicotine content and density, and structural components are checked against the approved sample. Only released materials reach the pachamama flavors line.

Sample policy and product evaluation

Online sellers value the asset pack: clean product images, flavor descriptions and spec tables mean a new pachamama flavors listing can go live the day stock lands, instead of waiting on a photoshoot.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Morocco: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Private-label projects for Morocco brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Practical checklist

• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays

After-sales support and claims handling

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Every quotation for Morocco separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.
