Pachamama Flavors Lead Times Checklist for Colombia Trade Buyers

After-sales support and claims handling

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Colombia trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Timing orders around the production calendar

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps pachamama flavors shelves full year-round.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next pachamama flavors shipment to Colombia.

Practical checklist

• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base

Sample policy and product evaluation

Distributors highlight the paperwork side. Customs-cleared shipments with complete documents, accurate packing lists and responsive freight coordination reduce the total landed cost far more than haggling over cents on unit price.

For online sellers in Colombia, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new pachamama flavors listing go live the day stock arrives.
