Pachamama Flavors Flavor Range in Virginia: Overview for Trade Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your Virginia warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Private-label projects for Virginia brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Payment terms for Virginia accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Virginia shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

After-sales support and claims handling

On the line, finished units go through automated draw testing, leak tests under pressure cycling and visual inspection. AQL 2.5 sampling governs the pre-shipment check: a statistically meaningful sample is drawn from every pachamama flavors carton run and inspected for draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and sealing.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Virginia trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.
