Pachamama Flavors Flavor Range Checklist for Georgia Trade Buyers

Private-label options for Georgia brands

Private-label pachamama flavors is available for buyers building their own brand. The process starts with a specification sheet — puffs, nicotine strength, flavor list, colors and packaging — followed by a digital mockup, a physical sample and then production. Typical lead time runs 12 to 18 working days including sample approval.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Georgia trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Comparing quotations the professional way

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Every quotation for Georgia separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Practical checklist

• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering

After-sales support and claims handling

On the line, finished units go through automated draw testing, leak tests under pressure cycling and visual inspection. AQL 2.5 sampling governs the pre-shipment check: a statistically meaningful sample is drawn from every pachamama flavors carton run and inspected for draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and sealing.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next pachamama flavors shipment to Georgia.
