Bulgaria Pachamama Flavors Export Service: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your Bulgaria warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Retail display units should stay in their sealed trays until sale. Opened stock should be merchandised upright, away from heat sources and strong light. Stores that follow this routine report virtually zero leak or dry-hit complaints across the pachamama flavors range.

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Documents that travel with every shipment

Compliance for pachamama flavors varies by destination, and we treat paperwork as part of the product. Depending on the market we provide TPD documentation, ingredient disclosures, nicotine content statements and battery transport paperwork such as UN38.3 and MSDS for the cells.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next pachamama flavors shipment to Bulgaria.

Working with the VapeWholesaleHub trade desk

The fastest way to a landed quotation is a message with your target quantity, destination and flavor preferences. Send it on WhatsApp or WeChat to +86 13711127975 and a trade specialist replies with unit pricing, freight options and current stock positions.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Bulgaria launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Trade demand in Bulgaria rewards depth over breadth. A focused pachamama flavors core range that never goes out of stock outsells a wide shelf with gaps, so the export service plan should be built around real turnover rather than catalog size.
