Ghana Pachamama Flavors Distributor Program: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Packaging standards for export cartons

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Documents that travel with every shipment

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Ghana launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Practical checklist

• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone

After-sales support and claims handling

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Ghana order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.

Online sellers value the asset pack: clean product images, flavor descriptions and spec tables mean a new pachamama flavors listing can go live the day stock lands, instead of waiting on a photoshoot.
