Pachamama Flavors Distributor Program Notes for Alabama Trade Buyers

Documents that travel with every shipment

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Compliance for pachamama flavors varies by destination, and we treat paperwork as part of the product. Depending on the market we provide ISO 9001 documentation, ingredient disclosures, nicotine content statements and battery transport paperwork such as UN38.3 and MSDS for the cells.

Freight options from Shenzhen to Alabama

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Guangzhou Nansha, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 5 to 7 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Hong Kong and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Freight to Alabama runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Wholesale pachamama flavors pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $4.30 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

Repeat orders tend to get better economics: forecasting lets us reserve production slots and consolidate freight. Buyers on a standing reorder cycle routinely secure the best combination of price and availability for pachamama flavors.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Alabama orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Comparing quotations the professional way

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

Stock rotation at the Alabama warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Alabama order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.
