Pachamama Flavors Customs Clearance Checklist for Arizona Trade Buyers

Documents that travel with every shipment

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Retail feedback from Arizona repeats one pattern: customers come back for the same flavor when batch quality is stable. That repeat behavior is worth more than a one-cent saving on the first order.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Arizona warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

After-sales support and claims handling

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Feedback from retailers is unusually consistent: the reason they reorder pachamama flavors is batch-to-batch stability. Shop owners report that customers return for the same flavor rather than switching brands, which is the single best predictor of lifetime value in this category.

Practical checklist

• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays

Freight options from Shenzhen to Arizona

Cartons for pachamama flavors are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.
