Pachamama Flavors Container Loads Notes for Chile Trade Buyers

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Practical checklist

• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base

Freight options from Shenzhen to Chile

Cartons for pachamama flavors are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

Stock rotation at the Chile warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

Private-label options for Chile brands

Custom packaging is where own-brand programs win at retail. We produce retail blister cards, display boxes of 10, counter CDU units and flavor-guide cards, all matching your artwork. Files are checked by our pre-press team before printing to avoid the font and barcode errors that delay first launches.

OEM customers own the relationship with their market while we stay invisible: neutral packing, no supplier paperwork in the carton, and no contact with your end customers. Many of today's regional pachamama flavors brands started as a single master-canon test order through this program.

Private-label pachamama flavors is available for buyers building their own brand. The process starts with a specification sheet — puffs, nicotine strength, flavor list, colors and packaging — followed by a digital mockup, a physical sample and then production. Typical lead time runs 3 to 5 working days including sample approval.

Common mistakes Chile first-time buyers make

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including UN38.3 — before goods leave.

Payment terms for Chile accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.
